Cancellation Policy for Insycart

At Insycart, we value your business and strive to provide a seamless experience when purchasing digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, cancellations are generally not permitted once the order has been processed. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. No Cancellations After Purchase

Since our products are delivered digitally, all purchases are final once the transaction is completed. After a purchase is made and the product is accessed (downloaded, streamed, or otherwise delivered), it cannot be canceled.

2. Exceptions to the No Cancellation Policy

While we do not typically allow cancellations, we may make exceptions in certain circumstances:

  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours of the purchase. We will review your case and may offer a cancellation and refund for the duplicate order.

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you experience technical difficulties and do not receive the product after purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or product delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of the purchase.

3. How to Request a Cancellation (In Case of Exceptions)

If you believe you qualify for an exception under this policy, you can request a cancellation by following these steps:

4. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Cancellations

If you initiate a chargeback or cancellation through your payment provider without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend your access to Insycart and block future purchases. We encourage you to work with us directly to resolve any issues.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Please check back periodically for updates.
