Return and Delivery Policy for Insycart

At Insycart, we offer digital products such as  eBooks, Template and other virtual goods. Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Delivery of Digital Products
Upon successful payment, digital products will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours. If you do not receive your product within this timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.support@insycart.com

2. No Returns on Digital Products
Digital products are non-returnable due to their intangible nature. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds are available.

3. Exceptions to the Return Policy
While our policy generally does not allow for returns, exceptions may be made under certain conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive the product via email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate the issue and either provide a new delivery link or issue a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue.

  • Corrupted or Defective Files: If you encounter issues with the files received (e.g., corrupted or incomplete), please reach out within 7 days. After verification, we will either provide a replacement file or issue a refund.

  • Accidental or Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days with proof of the duplicate transaction. We will review the request and may process a refund for the duplicate purchase.

4. How to Request Assistance
If you encounter any issues or believe you qualify for an exception under our policy, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Proof: We may request additional information, such as error messages or screenshots, to assess the problem.

5. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Returns
Please reach out to us directly if you have any concerns about your order. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with our support team may result in the suspension of your Insycart account and loss of access to your purchased products.
